When & Where
Date
Saturday, April 26
Time
Light refreshments around 4, dinner around 5-6.
3-ish to 7-ish
Place
We’ll be gathering at Janet & Keith’s lake house. You can park above the driveway on the side of the road, and in front of Grammy’s house – the house on the right just before Janet & Keith’s.
300 Lakeside Dr. Seneca, SC.
Our 7 Wedding Weekends
On the outside, we’re savers and we pretend that everyone else is cheesy – not us. We don’t like spending a lot of money, and we don’t want to make all our people spend a bunch of money to come to our wedding.
On the inside, we’re total cheeseballs, and we want to be romantic. From this duality, our seven wedding weekends were created.
We are spending seven weekends doing something special, to celebrate three unions.
The union of our families (this is it).
The union of our friends, lake camping.
Our union – multiple little honeymoons, followed by a private officiation and vows at our first date spot in the Smokies.

Our Families / Family
This day is just to celebrate our family. We are so excited for you all to meet each other. That’s the main agenda – just see how lucky we all are to have each other.

Food
Coffee & mocktail Bar from 3-5
Appetizers and charcuterie followed by dinner from 5-6.
We’ll have gluten free, vegetarian, onion & garlic free for Molly, not spicy for Janet.
Upscale southern – exact details TBD.
Instead of a formal sit-down dinner, it will be grazing-style food, so you can pick and choose what you want, and come back for seconds.

Attire
Since Sarah’s middle name is Jean, the dress code is “as much denim as you feel like wearing”. If you don’t have denim or chambray, just basically wear church clothes. Nothing fancy.

Activities
Does anyone have corn hole or other yard game things? Text us if so.
We will have things like that set up. We might add a couple romantic things, like a book to write memories in, or disposable cameras to use.
We will need to all be in the same spot for just a minute to say a couple words, and to try to get a group photo.
Here’s a Google Doc with food and plans, if you want to add to it, or see if you can bring anything.
